Hi! It's Erin - So thus far we understand the 4 Clairs - Clairvoyance (clear seeing), Clarisensience (clear feeling), Claircognizance (clear knowing), and Clairaudience (clear hearing). We have covered how intuitive sensing isn't as esoteric as it may seem - it's as simple as tapping into the creative mind with the intention of receiving answers.
Next, we will look at ways that creativity is an avenue to understanding Intuition and seeing it as easily accessible. We can let answers come as we notice our internal perceptions. The word for noticing your perceptions is “interception.” This week, we will explore additional ways that we can hone in and focus our attention and raise our vibration to prepare to receive answers. First we looked at self-care, and this week we'll look at creativity as a bridge to intuition. Take a look at "Wk 2 - The Power of Creativity and Imagination" below to explore this concept of Creativity leading to Inspiration in more depth.

So... If Creativity is the bridge to intuition, then what is it that allows us to actually pick up and process what we receive? After all, if we can't recognize our intuititive insight for what it is, then the answers may just fly right over our heads.
A lot of us have experienced strong contact with a spiritual source or higher power during very important moments. But how do we start tapping in, during everday moments? We'll dive into this subject below with a discussion and writing prompt.

The next principle is called, "Building The Association." Here is where we shift from thinking and reflection into building a practice to effectively and reliably channel information and healing for yourself and others. It all starts with the mind.
When we are doing Intuitive work, we work with unconscious parts of ourselves. This includes the "higher mind" which detects light and truth for us, and the "subconscious mind" that detects our connection with the earth, survival, and anything related to our senses.
We learn to communicate with these wise, knowing, yet unconscious parts of ourselves first by building an association between a positive vibration, and our internal state. We take the positive explorations we've done so far, and then use them to dial in the frequency we want when we are channeling. The key is to make the associations so strong that our higher and lower mind can connect to our conscious waking mind, and help us to receive the Intuitive information that we need.
The Higher Mind - The part of our mind that connects to and perceives spiritual light, goodness, truth and love.
The Lower Mind - The subconscious part of our mind that connects to our deep needs and drives, such as survival, connection, and safety. It’s also linked with identity. We often dream at this level (especially as we overcome struggles).
The Conscious Mind - The personality, ego, waking mind - this is where we live out our identity, and make mindset shifts and decisions. This is where we purposefully express ourselves.

Now is our first exercise on getting psychic feedback and Intuitive answers. We will use the skill you just strengthened, on going within to sense and build focused awareness, and from there intuit a YES or No answer. You might want to record your answers and how it went in your journal. This exercise uses a combination of "inner feeling" - how you feel in your body - and spontaneous movement, also known as "muscle testing." This can involve leaning forward or back, or using your hands to muscle test. Check it out below.
