Course Suggestions: This course involves writing, so it's a good idea to keep a journal - either to write in, or you can open a document on your computer. There are journal prompts at the very end of each week - and also workbook sheets that can be printed out. How to download files: just click "Download File" beneath the title. Scheduling One-On-Ones: It's best to finish the course material for the week prior to our session. However book the session ahead of time so that you know you will have the spot. :-)
Summary: During Week 1, we will be laying the foundations. We'll cover how self-care directly amplifies intuition, how to ground yourself in order to stay steady while doing spiritual work, the importance of silence and stillness, and awareness of light.
